我已经消失好久了……
但是，APP上的单词，我还是有在背的。。。捂脸。

近期目标：八月学会蝶泳
学习时间：每周一到周五 9pm-10pm
学习心得：周三晚上继续游泳课。本月最后一节课了耶，因为周四老师休假。昨天照例戴脚蹼。课前先去游了300m，累的我呼哧带喘的，跟隔壁道的蝶泳大神越拉越远，好在应该还在25m以内，嘿嘿。上课先练了三蛙手+一蝶腿，二蛙手+一蝶腿，一蛙手+一蝶腿… 所以终于知道蛙手+蝶腿是怎么个游法了。戴脚蹼仰泳总是进水，发现别把头仰那么后就行了，这应该也是正常游的时候的正规操作，不过不戴脚蹼我做不到，就沉了。游了好几趟蝶泳，每次都眼镜进水，到下课才意识到，可以把绳系紧点，呵呵。

記憶旅行

近期目标：减10斤
这两天代谢情况不是很好，不知道是因为晚睡还是什么，晚上要好好泡个脚然后早点睡。
这周争取到55吧，感觉有点困难了，只有几天了。

突然发现有好几天没有编辑沙发的汇总了。
刚刚编辑了一下，希望没有漏了谁。

小蜜蜂和糖排简直是标杆！！真棒！

今天昨天突然发现，再有30天，我就可以背完一本单词了！觉得时间过得真快啊，继续加油！

学习心得：不知不觉那么多天过去了，每天都在坚持。下周上战场啦

学习心得：Sept 1 三餐比较健康，下午加餐一个桃子，游泳完喝了个酸奶。11点半睡觉，六点半起床。开心。

刷阅读1小时
错了8个，两个词汇题。错的两个单词都见过，然而，还是选不准。词汇背诵依然路漫漫呀。
卡了两秒，最后一题没来的及点确认，很是忧伤。

近几周都没能每天刷刷阅读。不过，9月了，我该去研究研究听力了。
